Restablecimiento de Acuerdo de Colaboración para el proyecto "Ensuring that the impact of climate change on species, Protected Areas (PAs) and the PA Network in the Peruvian Andes Amazon region is effectively incorporated into management decisions" (the Project) with financial support from The Gordon & Betty Moore Fundation (the "Funding Body") under the terms of collaboration agreement dated 13th January 2017, a copy of which is annexed hereto as Appendix A (the "Primary Agreement")
